When buying Virtual Assets - the rate is fixed at the time the order is paid through the merchant.
When selling Virtual Assets - the rate is fixed and the amount payable is recalculated when the transaction is confirmed on the Blockchain network.
A brief description of the main Rules of Service
In the case of sending Virtual Assets - the transaction rate and payout amount are calculated upon 1 (Bitcoin) or 4 (Ethereum) confirmation of the transaction online or upon confirmation of a successful payment, in the payment system. Once the rate is fixed, the amount payable is recalculated and initiated automatically by the system, to the requisites specified by the customer. The crediting time, after confirmation, is usually 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the card issuing bank.
Card payments are processed on the side of the payment system, in real time. Upon receiving notification of the customer's payment success, the system instantly initiates a payment of Virtual Assets to the customer's specified address automatically, with a priority fee. The timeframe for crediting Virtual Assets to the customer's address depends on the load on the Bitcoin or Ethereum network. As a rule, the system receives instant confirmation after payment, but in some cases, there may be delays on the side of the payment system or bank. Also, please note that the amount payable will be revised in relation to the current rate at the time of payment - which is fixed after the payment is received, through our merchant.
When a payment is sent - the system may receive a rejection, of which the client will be notified on their exchange status page. For a number of possible reasons: - Failure of the payment system - one of the reasons, possible temporary technical works. - Customer has indicated incorrect details - non-existent, incorrect, blocked account number. - Refusal of crediting from the issuing bank - indicated currency card or exceeded limit for accepting funds. Requests with this status are processed by an operator within the working hours. All questions on the transfer deadline can be asked by contacting our customer support service. If it is impossible to send funds to the client or transfer them in any other possible way, not due to the fault of the service, the amount of funds - will be returned to the client, minus the sending fee.
For clients who are not residents of the European Union the minimum amount to be exchanged is three hundred Tether in the equivalent of any asset.
If it is not possible to send funds to the client, through no fault of the service, the amount of funds will be refunded to the client minus the sending fee. Assets will be sent to the same address from which the client transferred funds to the service. In case the customer changes the details for the return of the assets, the service has the right to request any information to identify the customer as the true holder of the assets.

It is possible to deviate from the transaction schedule in the event of situations that are not the fault of the service. Most transactions involve a third party (banks, payment systems) and in case of problems on the side of the intermediary (technical works, loss of transfer within the system, etc.), time is added to the deadline according to the regulations to eliminate problems on the side of the service - intermediary.
